How this started — Lima, 2014
The first big jersey run was the 2014 World Cup. A friend in Lima asked us to source 12 Argentina home jerseys for his Sunday-league team — Messi #10 across the board. Adidas's Peruvian retail allocation was sold out three weeks before kickoff. Local importers were charging $180 per shirt. We had a contact at a Putian sublimation line that was running the licensed overflow runs for Latin American distribution. Twelve shirts, $30 each, DHL to Lima in 7 days. Every shirt arrived correct. That batch became the proof of concept.
Twelve years later, the operation looks almost the same. We've expanded the factory network from one Putian workshop to eleven — six in Putian (Fujian), three in Quanzhou, two in Bangkok. We've added QC inspectors who photograph every batch before the buyer pays. We've added DHL routing across 52 countries. The fundamentals haven't changed: WhatsApp, QC photos, payment, ship.
Who's running this
Marco D. is the lead sourcing coordinator and the name that signs every guide on this site. Eleven years in the Putian trade, originally as a buyer for European football retailers in 2013, independent since 2015. Most of the guide-writing on the site is his — the quality guide, the what is a replica jersey explainer, the authentic vs replica comparison, the Mexico and Messi pillar pages. The byline at the top of each page is real — Marco's the one who picks up the WhatsApp at most hours during Asian business time.
Two operational partners handle the rest: one runs the QC photography and the Yupoo album curation across the three sources (huanqiu-trade, quanqiu-trade, qiumishijie); the other handles DHL routing, customs paperwork and the Wise/USDT/bank-transfer payment side. Both have been in the operation since 2017. We don't put their full names on the site for the same reason most sourcing operations don't — the personal-use replica trade sits in legal grey-zone territory in some jurisdictions, and we'd rather protect the team than score E-E-A-T points.
The factory network — 11 workshops, three cities
We coordinate across 11 verified workshops:
- Putian, Fujian (6 workshops) — the historic centre of Chinese football kit production. These six workshops handle the licensed overflow runs for Adidas, Nike and Puma. We source the unlicensed batches that come off the same lines.
- Quanzhou, Fujian (3 workshops) — second-tier kit production with strong sublimation quality. We use these for retro and special-cycle kits where Putian is at capacity.
- Bangkok, Thailand (2 workshops) — Thai workshops historically supplied AAA player version specs for European retailers. We use them for premium AAA orders and for special heat-bonded finishes (signed-style editions, championship-border numbers).
Each factory passes the four-dimension quality test before we route an order through it. We test 47 batches per month across the network. The first-batch pass rate currently sits at 94%; the 6% that fail get re-made before the buyer pays. That spreadsheet has been continuously updated since 2014, by Marco.
What we don't do
Three things we don't do, because they don't fit how we actually work:
- We don't run a checkout cart. Every order needs a name-on-back conversation, a QC photo round, a country-specific payment route. Static carts don't handle any of that. WhatsApp is slower per click but faster end-to-end.
- We don't sell genuine autographs. Our signed-style edition is a 1:1 visual reproduction of the embroidered-signature limited editions Adidas runs. Genuine autographs with a Beckett or JSA Certificate of Authenticity start at $1,800 and go up. If you want a genuine autograph, buy from a memorabilia auction house, not from us.
- We don't sell to commercial resellers. Reselling unlicensed replica jerseys commercially is illegal in most jurisdictions. We coordinate personal-use orders only, including wholesale-volume personal orders for supporter clubs and Sunday-league teams. The line we draw is at clear retail intent.
What we do, in one paragraph
You send a WhatsApp message with a country team, a player number (or your custom name and number), and a size. We reply within 30 minutes during Asian business hours, under 2 hours overnight. We pull the kit from the relevant Putian workshop, photograph it under daylight from four angles (front crest, back number, inside seam, full mannequin), and send the photos back. You either approve or ask for a re-make. Once approved, you pay via Wise / USDT / international bank transfer. We ship Monday or Thursday via DHL. The kit arrives in 5-7 days for the United States, United Kingdom and most of Western Europe; 6-8 days for Mexico, France, Germany, Spain and Italy; 7-10 days for Brazil, Argentina and the longer routes. Tracking is on your WhatsApp by evening of shipping day.

We can't put buyer names or order screenshots on a public page (privacy reasons), but here's what you can check independently:
- The factory network— , — are all real, currently active, and contain hundreds of 2026 cycle photos with timestamps.
- The WhatsApp number (+86 13395943217) connects to an active business profile with auto-reply during off-hours. Send "hi" — you'll get a real human reply.
- The structural Mexico allocation gap we cite (50,000 monthly searches, retail sold out, closest competitor at search position 38) is verifiable on adidas.com and Google itself.
