Most orders go through WhatsApp because every kit needs a name-on-back conversation, a QC photo round, and a country-specific payment route. The other channels are for everything else.

For an order, send: country team, player number (or your custom name and number), version (fan $30 / AAA $45), size (Sโ€“2XL men's; women's Sโ€“XL; youth XSโ€“XL), and the country we're shipping to.

The order builder tool walks through the country, player, version and size in three taps and pre-fills the WhatsApp message for you. Useful if you're new to the flow and want to see what we'll ask before the conversation starts.

What we don't do via these channels

  • Phone calls โ€” we don't take voice calls. WhatsApp voice messages are fine if you prefer audio.
  • Stripe / PayPal payment โ€” we use Wise, USDT, and international bank transfer. Cross-border replica payments via Stripe and PayPal trigger chargeback risks for both sides.
  • Same-day shipping โ€” we batch ships every Monday and Thursday after QC photo approval. The fastest a kit leaves the warehouse is 2-3 days from chat start; the standard window is 4-6 days from chat to ship-ready.

If something goes wrong

Two scenarios where you should escalate:

  • The QC photos look wrong โ€” message back with what's off (crest off-centre, wrong number, size mismatch). We re-make the kit, no charge, no questions, no time pressure. The 6% first-batch reject rate is real and the reason QC photos exist.
  • The kit arrives and it's wrong โ€” this is rare (we catch most issues in QC) but happens. Send a photo of the issue alongside the original QC photo we sent you. We'll re-make and re-ship, no charge, including return DHL if requested.

For everything else โ€” shipping delays, customs questions, payment routing, sizing advice โ€” the WhatsApp number is the right channel.
