All trademarks referenced on this site (FIFA World Cup, country team marks, club crests, manufacturer logos, "Piedra del Sol" as a commercial mark via INAH licence, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. We use these terms descriptively to identify products, not to imply endorsement or partnership.
2. What we sell
We coordinate orders for unlicensed 1:1 top-batch replica football kits sourced from Putian and Thai workshops. These products are physically the same garments produced by the same factories that handle licensed retail overflow — same fabric, same heat-bonded crests, same sublimation print files. The difference between our products and the licensed retail version is the absence of a licensing agreement, brand hangtag, and authorised retailer chain.

3. What we do not sell
- Genuine autographed memorabilia — our signed-style edition is a 1:1 visual reproduction, not an actual autograph. Genuinely autographed items with third-party authentication (Beckett, JSA, PSA) start at $1,800+ at memorabilia houses, not here.
- Counterfeit hangtags or packaging — we do not reproduce brand boxes, security labels, hologram stickers, or any element designed to deceive a buyer about whether the product is licensed authentic.

4. Personal use only
By placing an order, you confirm that the products are for personal use only — wearing, gifting, collecting, or supporter-club distribution at non-commercial scale. Reselling unlicensed replica products commercially is illegal in most jurisdictions, including the United States, United Kingdom, EU, Australia, Canada, Japan, and most other markets we ship to. If you intend to resell commercially, do not place an order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order where the buyer's intent appears commercial — for example, repeated orders of identical kits in bulk to multiple addresses, requests to remove our packaging markers, requests to forge invoices for a different declared value than the actual transaction.
5. Order process & pricing
- Orders are placed via WhatsApp (+86 13395943217) or email ([email protected]).
- Pricing is in US Dollars: fan version 1:1 is $30, AAA player version is $45. Accessories ($8–$50) and shipping (typically $15–$25 per parcel) are quoted separately.
- QC photos are sent before payment. You confirm or request a re-make.
- Payment is by Wise, USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), or international bank transfer. We do not accept Stripe or PayPal.
- Orders ship via DHL Express every Monday and Thursday after payment is received.
6. Shipping, customs & duty
We ship via DHL Express to 52 countries. Typical transit times are 5–7 days for the United States, United Kingdom and most of Western Europe; 6–8 days for Mexico, France, Germany, Spain, Italy; 7–10 days for Brazil, Argentina and longer routes.
The buyer is responsible for compliance with their country's import rules — including customs declarations, duty (where applicable), and any local restrictions on unlicensed goods. Most countries' personal-use de minimis thresholds (US$800, £135, €150, A$1,000, etc.) clear our typical order size without duty. We declare a customs value on the waybill that reflects the transaction; we do not under-declare to a value that would mislead customs authorities.
We do not provide tax or legal advice. If you're unsure whether import is permitted in your country, check with your local customs authority before placing an order.
7. Wholesale
Wholesale pricing is available for personal-use bulk orders (Sunday-league teams, supporter clubs, family group orders) starting at 50 kits. The wholesale page covers the pricing structure. We do not sell to commercial resellers — see Section 4.
8. Quality, QC, and re-makes
Every order goes through a four-dimension QC test before shipping (print sharpness, stitch density, fabric hand-feel, crest fidelity). Our first-batch pass rate is 94%; the 6% that fail are caught in QC photos and re-made before payment is released. The quality guide explains the test method.
If a kit arrives and there is a manufacturing defect (mis-aligned crest, wrong number, sizing issue confirmed against our size chart, fabric tear), we will re-make and re-ship at no charge within 30 days of delivery. Send a photo of the issue alongside the original QC photo we sent you.
9. Returns
Because every kit is custom (name and number on back), we do not accept "change of mind" returns. Our QC photo process exists specifically to catch issues before you pay, which removes most cases where a return would otherwise be needed. If the kit has a manufacturing defect, see Section 8. If you ordered the wrong size despite confirming on the size chart, we'll work with you on a partial credit toward a re-order, but we can't refund a custom-finished kit.
10. Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — including but not limited to: lost match-day plans due to shipping delays caused by customs, loss of resale value (since resale is not permitted under Section 4), or any reputational impact from wearing the product.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including: factory production delays, DHL service disruptions, customs holds, force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, government action), or third-party payment processor issues. We will keep you informed via WhatsApp and either ship as soon as possible or refund the order, at your choice.
12. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or from an order will first be resolved through good-faith WhatsApp conversation; if unresolved, through arbitration in Hong Kong under the rules of HKIAC. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence to the extent such rights cannot be excluded by contract.
13. Trademark and IP claims
If you are a rights holder and believe content on this site infringes your trademark, copyright or other IP, send a takedown request to [email protected] identifying the specific URL and the specific element you object to. We respond within 14 business days. We comply with valid DMCA-equivalent takedown requests promptly.
14. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. Material changes will be flagged in your next WhatsApp message from us if you have an active order. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
